For our Client, international well known organization for its Shared Service Centre, we are currently looking for candidates for a position of: Service Desk Analyst with English (m/f)
Loction: Wroclaw
Responsibilities:
- Providing first line of IT support.
- Evaluation, selection, exploration and settlement of the incidents and conclusions.
- Controlling the recording of incidents and requests.
- Prioritize incoming requests.
- Reflection on the possibilities of improving the services.
- Develop general knowledge of IT and business systems, enhancing the ability to solve problems on first contact.
Requirements:
- Very good knowledge of English language (spoken and written).
- Approximately one year of experience in first line of IT support.
- High level of interpersonal skills, especially in terms of customer service and building relationships in the team.
- Basic technical knowledge and experience in working with Microsoft products.
- Ability to think logically, to analyze, diagnose and solve complex problems.
- ITIL Foundations Certificate would be an advantage.
