Job description:
- controlling the process of solving incidents and requests,
- provide first line IT support for all colleagues,
- perform assessment, triage, research and resolution of basic incidents and requests,
- controlling the process of solving incidents and requests,
- engage other Service Desk resources or appropriate second- and third-level service resources to resolve incidents,
- working with Incident and Problem management teams as necessary,
- developing general knowledge of IT and business systems,
- identify service improvement opportunities to key service management stakeholders,
- reporting to Service Desk Manager,
- internal contact through phone, chat, email and portal,
- promoting an outstanding service.
Requirements:
- proven experience in a Help Desk/Service Desk or Customer Service role,
- basic understanding of IT principles and most commonly supported systems,
- basic technical knowledge and working experience with Microsoft products,
- excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- “customer first” mentality and professionalism,
- ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders,
- ability to critical thinking, creativity and independent judgment,
- ability to team-work in a high pressure work environment,
- fluency in English - spoken and written,
- strong ability to multi-task and setting priorities.
