Accenture Operations is one of Accenture key capabilities dedicated to work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, helpdesk services, and HR. - Overall responsibility for the day to day management of the Team Leader group,reviewing people/process regularly to ensure that we meet and/or exceed all KPIs whilst making adjustments and recommendations as required.
- Manage performance of both direct and indirect reportees against agreed goals for both results and behaviours, and review performance regularly.
- Ensuring operational metrics (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) are clearly communicated, understood and achieved.
- Enable a culture of continuous improvement, including actively championing root cause analysis whilst pushing for full resolution and deployment of corrective action at source.
- Work closely with the internal stakeholder implement trainings and development programmes while ensuring that team have resources requirements in line with contractual requirements including staff attendance & attrition objectives.
- As a Service delivery Operation team Lead you will be expected to manage days to day operations in EMEA markets.
- You will be responsible for the overall team performance and KPIs, ensuring that both internal and external stakeholder are informed and updates about any change to the business.
- You will chair weekly meetings with client and share market update.
- You will have overall responsible for on-boarding and off-boarding of staff
- You will be reporting to the EMEA Operations Manager who will be on hand to provide you everything you need to succeed in the role.
