Lead Finance & Accounting Service Delivery out of Poland location for our client - a world-class chemicals company with a global integrated leader in PET and fibers serving major customers in diversified end- use markets. Ensure successful service delivery, project profitability, SLA achievement and high level of customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for building a good rapport with key client staff
- Responsible for Staffing, coverage, and overall utilization percentages of the project
- Provides direction for the Team Managers and the project team in all the project phases
- Generating reports & dashboards with a view to appraise management of the process operations and assist in critical decision-making process. Providing input to business unit level decisions
- Conducting Governance checkpoints and status meetings, while being available to all associate levels to speak up their minds free of consequences
- Creating awareness on driving projects, process improvement strategy & methodology and ensuring maximum operational efficiency
- Administering scheduling systems, communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions, enforcing policies and procedures
- Establishing process controls to ensure all SLA’s and KPI’s are consistently met
- Contact with peers in the Organization at middle/senior mgt. level. Build relationships with multiple units or teams across the organization to facilitate effective working of own team
- Graduate in any discipline
- F&A background
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with 5 years’ experience in managing successful teams or projects
- Project management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills along with excellent reading comprehension in English Language
- Excellent analytical and logical reasoning abilities
- Excellent presentation and mass communication skills
- Strong People Management skills
- Good understanding of the domain to suggest alternatives to customers
- Attention to details to ensure accuracy is a must
