Service Delivery Manager
Job location: Wrocław, Poland

 

 

 

Responsibilities:
  • Single POC for client & Cognizant Management.
  • Drive  service delivery from Poland
  • Ensures compliance with all company policies
  • Oversee and review activities performed by all the process out of Poland
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the team
  • Monitor training requirement of the team and ensure SLA adherence
These are the skills and the professional experience you are required to have to apply for this job:
  • Experience in AR area of 5-7 years
  • Good written communication skills preferred
  • Ability to build and maintain effective customer/client relationships
  • Attention to detail, apply judgement on the job and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
  • Good time management, prioritization skills and ability to work without close supervision and under pressure.
  • Good understanding of working with US customers/ B2B customers, across all customer groups including very small businesses
  • Experience of BPO essential
