Service Delivery Manager (Recruitment)

Position purpose

 

Manages recruitment service delivery for internal clients (Capgemini entities) within the designated country clusters, including Poland, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Sweden (additional countries and scope to be added in the future). Oversees daily operations and  finance. Manages complex operational issues and ensures that operations are run according to budget. Provides the clients with high quality service. Focuses on developing expertise and experience within the team. Effectively collaborates with other teams within engagement, service line and global practice. Develops teams and employees, promotes team work and provides employees with coaching and leader’s support. Proactively contributes to sales process.

 

Main accountabilities
  • Ensures that all deliverables for the project are created, approved and updated on ongoing manner
  • Ensures that all targets and deadlines described in KPIs and SLAs are met according to client’s expectations and contract terms
  • Assigns priorities for operations and services delivered to the client
  • Assures sufficient resources to perform operations for the client for transition and delivery phases
  • Accurately forecasts and manages costs and profitability for the project
  • Leads and motivates multi functional teams  in a complex environment
  • Plays a role model to influence other individuals behavior and professional development
  • Encourages co-operative team-working across the business
  • Manages turnover and recruitment processes for the project
  • Takes care of quality improvements
  • Defines, creates and leverages opportunities to increase the scope of provided services
  • Effectively cooperates with sales and transition teams
Candidate’s profile

  • Solid experience in HR with focus on recruitment

  • Able to work on multiple tasks in demanding, target-oriented environment

  • Fluency in English
