Tornos Poland in Kąty Wrocławskie is looking for a:
- The service Process Manager will identify and implement process improvement efforts for the Service business within the Company Tornos. Take responsibility and accountability for the successful utilization and results of the Performance Excellence.
- The service business Process manager reports directly to the head of service worldwide. The service Business process Manager is part of the Service Management team.
- The Service Process Managers, will evaluate the 7 initiatives, and define the road map, blueprint, and make improvements to business processes. Process Managers ensure the efficiency of business operations and create and implement changes or improvements as needed. They generate documentation of existing processes and improvements, forecast expected results of process changes, analyze implemented changes and make further adjustments to workflow, schedules or other processes as required.
- Identify, plan and implement key projects to improve quality, reduce cost, increase productivity and improve cycle time by reducing wasted time, scrap, rework, etc. resulting in significant business improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and co-ordinate the performance excellence / performance improvement vision and deployment planning as defined by the Service Management Team.
- Actively lead projects and provide individual contributions after key projects have been identified.
- Coordinate communication activities and market the process and results by publicizing goals, plans, progress and results.
- Other duties as directed.
