Purpose of the function
Maintain, intensify, and expand customer contacts by maintaining and supporting the installed base as well as selling new services, system application modifications, and new business to existing customers, in order to expand the market share as a contribution to company profitable growth.
- Relation Management/Customer support
Maintain and improve contacts with customers and give fast and adequate support to these customers in order to guarantee and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales acquisition
Execute (proactive) sales acquisition in line with the business planning in order to expand order intake and market share.
- Contract handling
Commercial handling of new and/or renewed service contracts in line with customer requirements and company governance, ensuring maximum and sustainable profit.
- Project kickoff
Validate and process PO, T&C, client information, hand over the authorized order acceptance form (OAF)/project file to the project team in order to start project execution phase.
- Customer installations
Manage the execution of maintenance activities, modifications, and upgrades as well as control, and take care of maintenance contracts, ensuring healthy systems and proper functioning of systems at customer sites.
- Failure and fault analysis
Coordinate and organize failure and fault analysis and repair of the installation at a customer's site in order to ensure a proper functioning of the equipment. Take care of the follow-up on the preventive failure and fault countermeasures as advised by the corporate service organization.
- Budget and quality procedures
Maintain the Service Contract and minor projects related budget and quality procedures; advise department management on this subject in order to guarantee up-to-date budgets and procedures.
- Bachelor level with more than 5 years of workexperience.
- Social interaction is characterized by influencing and motivating others,negotiating, and expanding the business.
- Required work experience: Service Business Development, Sales or Service Manager, Service business development in Process Automation Manufacturer or Maintenance Company.
- Frequent domestic travel required
