Job description
Within global organization responsible for End User Services design, the positions of Service Architects and Solution Managers are available on different seniority levels.
As a member of Global Solutioning team, you will be responsible for service architecture, solution creation and service offering in particular focus areas. You will collaborate with Account representatives and bid teams on the global level and you will provide specialist expertise within the sales team. In case of senior role you will lead service design and its creation on global level
Main accountabilities
- Take part in service solution development, presentation and finally successful contracting of the services within global organization,
- Participating end to end in the RFP process,
- Ownership of and co-ordination for the appropriate solution stream and cost/price development; to meet the client stated service requirements and service levels and to ensure an integrated functional solution is built in accordance with service line strategy;
- Client facing, presentation of the solution, offer. Participate in negotiations, contracting and service lunch.
- Sets direction for solution area, challenges of IS deliverables, incl. technical and functional solution components, delivery model, projects, governance and costing/pricing;
- Monitor solution consistency, risks and mitigations, assumptions and issues;
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Experience in pre-sales and/or service solution / service architecture
- Senior roles available for people with minimum 5-10 years of experience in IT Service Solutioning.
- Fluency in English – excellent speaking and writing skills are absolutely necessary
- Ability to understand the customer\'s business problem, need, or opportunity
- Enthusiasm, fast learning ability and analytical thinking
- Will be able to demonstrate a understanding of IS outsourcing market and its trends
- Excellent interpersonal skills and be confident presenting;
- Ability to travel internationally [short term]
- Working time flexibility - occasionally it may be required to work overtimes or extended hours.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office especially MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Stress resistance and ability to work to short deadlines
- Very good presentation skills
- ITIL certificate will be an asset
- knowledge of ERLANG models and queuing theory be an asset
