Service Administrator – Supply Chain Management
Miejsce pracy: Bielany Wrocławskie, Wrocław

Your Main responsibilities:
- Creating and updating/editing excel files,
- Processing purchase orders,
- Communication with suppliers,
- Communication with colleagues in Germany, UK, France,
- Controlling invoices,
- Execute other general administrative tasks,
- Lead time monitoring.
You don’t have experience in supply chain? It is not a problem, we will provide you training!
Our Requirements:
- Good English and German is a must,
- MS Office – with special emphasis on Excel – used in practice,
- Creative and well-organized person,
- Good analytical skills and able to draw conclusions rapidly,
- Ability to work on numerous tasks simultaneously,
- Flexibleness.
- The rest - we will teach you !
Would be an asset:
- VBA knowledge,
- Good knowledge of other language,
- Knowledge of IT services,
- Experience in logistics/supply chain.
