Your main responsibilities:
- Acquisition of new partners/suppliers World Wide with the emphasis on Africa– required readiness to lead B2B phone calls and maintain mail correspondence,
- Execute administrative duties in Partner Management team (responsible for subcontractors and vendors),
- Create and updating/editing information in internal IT tools,
- Lead time monitoring.
Our requirements:
- Fluent French and good English is a must,
- Knowledge of the middle/south Africa culture,
- MS Office,
- Creative, patient and well-organized person,
- Self-motivation, reliability and team skills,
- Good analytical skills and able to draw conclusions rapidly,
- Ability to work on numerous tasks simultaneously,
- Good communication skills and the ability to think in a customer-oriented manner.
