Service Administration & Dispatch Specialist (m/f)
Functional Area: Technical Service
Employment Type: Regular Full-Time
Duration: unlimited
Position Description
- Administration of Service related orders including quoting and invoicing of interventions, spare parts and products;
- Documentation in different systems used according to SOP’s;
- Communication with external customers;
- Communication with internal customers from other QIAGEN-departments;
- Sell and support selling service agreements and service products;
- Co-ordination of QIAGEN’s European Team of Field Service Specialists for onsite visits compliant to Service Agreement.
Position Requirements
- Experience with customer relationship software (Salesforce);
- Experience with standard computer software (MS Office);
- Experience in scheduling and dispatching of field based personnel;
- Experience with SAP would be an advantage (SD Module);
- Fluent English in reading and writing and good German skills;
- Any other European language would be a plus especially Dutch or a Nordic.
