Service Administration and Dispatch Specialist

Position Description
- Administration of Service related orders including quoting and invoicing of interventions, spare parts and products;
- Documentation, verification and processing of all Field Service activities in the relevant database to assure optimal data quality of service activities in database;
- Order processing and tracking of instruments, spare parts, technical equipment (tool cases, loan devices etc.);
- Close collaboration/communication and smooth processing of work with other relevant departments, suppliers and couriers;
- Support achievement of sales targets: quotation for service products and service contracts and monitoring of orders or service visits;
- Triggering of invoicing, credit chasing and verification, prepayments;
- Planning and organization of the QIAGEN EMEA Field Service Team’s visits, taking into account efficiency, costs and customer satisfaction;
- Initiation and monitoring of orders and deliveries for service visits performed by QIAGEN’s EuropeanTeam of Field Service Specialists compliant to Service Agreement Level;
- Develop relationships with key customers and ensure best service standards.
Position Requirements
- Commercial education or undergraduate;
- 2 years’ experience in a similar position within an after-sales and/or customer service team;
- Advanced knowledge of one of the following languages: German, French, Italian or Spanish;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Experience with standard computer software (MS office);
- Knowledge of SAP and/or customer relationship software (e.g. Salesforce).
