For one of our clients – leading organization of 500 Fortune Magazine we currently look for experienced professionals to take over the role of SEO/SEM Team Lead.
This role leads a Warsaw team of SEM (Search engine marketing) experts, providing additional European-language insights, working alongside English-only PPC/SEO specialist back office delivered from offshore (India) and delivering service to a service representative at the client site, who will be responsible for the end to end people management of dedicated team and service delivery for the client within SEO and SEM offering.
- Leading dedicated team of specialists in their day to day responsibilities to meet client expectations as well as take care of team mates’ career progression
- Taking responsibility for the team engagement and deployment of service strategy considering capabilities of the team
- Establish and develop long lasting relationship with client offering the range of services to address his changing business needs
- Being capable business partner to client possessing and developing digital marketing knowledge to ensure high level standards of service delivery
- Playing the role of single point of contact for shaping and deploying service scope, potential risk management and issue resolutions applicable to dedicated services
- Creating and implementing SEM/SEO strategy for particular European markets for the Client together with regional account team and client representative from local markets
- Definying and recommending SEM/SEO budget based on the market conditions as well client needs and competitive environment,
- Being Client’s representative for marketing agencies responsible for performance marketing – discussinh and definying SEM campaigns with vendors
- Operational support for dedicated countries focusing on high quality and timely deliverables realization in context of:
- keyword research and mapping
- advertisements copies
- landing pages optimization, website diagnostics and algorithmic optimization
- budget management in context of bidding optimization
- Partnering with dedicated off-shore team for day to day service delivery
- Master degree in marketing / computer science / business management domains as preferred
- Fluency in English is a must, while knowledge of additional European language (Danish, Dutch, Italian, French, German, Spanish) will be an important asset
- Proven record of min. 3 years of experience and success in leading the dedicated team in context of career progression, engagement management and capabilities development
- Minimum 4 years of working experience with client facing role dedicated to SEO / SEM offerings in context of tailoring the client solutions and deploying them as part of service catalogue
- Proficiency in SEM and / or SEO, analytics and digital ad operations with focus on lead generation / conversation to sales to identify growth opportunities
- Strong analytical and presentation skills to tailor recommendations for client
- Technical skills:
- Google Analytics and AdWords, Google/Bing Webmaster Tools, Google AdWords Keyword Tool
- Marin, Sizmek – platforms management
- Experience in work in multinational environment and management of remote teams
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- The ability to use your knowledge of foreign language on a daily basis at work (we serve our Clients in almost 30 foreign languages)
