As the company is expanding its Digital Marketing channels, we're looking for our SEO and Digital Marketing Leader. The ideal candidate should be able to combine creativity and an analytical mindset to create captivating marketing campaigns, raise brand awareness and turn our goals into conversions and new loyal clients.
The ideal candidate must have solid communication skills, ability to learn and apply digital marketing skills. The candidate should have experience in developing digital marketing strategies, execute and report performance. This is a highly engaging role with internal and external stakeholders, clients and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, prioritize and own the execution of our SEO roadmap alongside engineers and product managers
- Develop and execute winning SEO tactics strategies to improve organic search
- Create and execute Digital Marketing campaigns that generate sales leads
- Drive growth initiatives in a variety of areas, including SEO, SEM, SMM, landing page conversion optimization, viral loops, etc.
- Optimize and continuously improve websites and blogs according to latest SEO standards
- Create content strategies and coordinate with content writers
- Create marketing database for Leads, email and social media contents
- Increase brand awareness by effectively managing online brand campaigns
- Create and execute Go-To-Market strategy initiatives
- Develop promotional materials to support all marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Research competitors, analyze their strategies and create plan accordingly
- Identify powerful keywords to drive most valuable traffic at minimum Ad expense
- Build relationships with influencers and approach them to contribute
- Develop link building strategies, back-links
- Prepare Strategy reports, compiling and presenting SEO guidelines
- Manage Digital Marketing Team
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Experience Requirements
- At least 5 year (s)
- The working language is English, so proficiency in English is a must. The applicants should have experience in the following area (s): Digital Marketing Strategy, Advertising & Promotion, Contents Development, Analytics, SEO and Social Media Marketing
- Technical SEO background required
- JavaScript based platform experience required
- Experience in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap
- White hat and RankBrain SEO
- Experience with website optimization tools - Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush etc.
- Experience on Google Ads, YouTube Ads and Facebook Ads
- Product / Project Management Experience
- Self-starter with initiative and drive
- Motivate to rapidly learn new skills
- Ownership of platform digital growth

- Excellent writing and speaking English is must.
