For the head office in Wroclaw we are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Manager in charge of Customer Service Center/Production Planning/Logisti/Procurement with professional experience ideally, but not limited to, the packaging, plastics, industrial production and building material sector, who has the required expertise and experience as well as hands-on mentality. Senior Supply Chain Manager
Miejsce pracy: Wrocław
Responsibilities:
- Production planning (long term forecasting as well as short term operational planning)
- Transport and warehousing management
- Budgeting and cost optimisation
- Establishing and monitoring KPIs in the area of logistics
- Raw materials and finished goods inventory management
- Cooperation with the production, quality and sales area
- Managing the work of the subordinate team (team building, motivating, employee development)
Candidate’s Profile:
- Higher education
- In depth and proven knowledge in logistics and production planning
- Experience in managing teams in several locations
- very good knowledge of English
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Self-driven and the ability to work under time pressure
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Team player
