Senior Specialist (M&A Financial Advisory Team)

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in audit, financial controlling or transaction services experience
- Knowledge and understanding of accounting principles and financial reports
- Advanced Microsoft Office user (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- A strong command of spoken and written English and Polish
- Demonstrated leadership, problem solving skills and experience
- Ability to work effectively in teams with both clients and other Company professionals
- Excellent analytical skills
- Focus on high quality service
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out financial advisory projects for Company clients including: financial analysis using spreadsheet and data analytical techniques, working on accounting and management data and preparation of reports on key findings
- Keeping regular contact with clients with regard to project work
- Perform supporting activities based on proven Company methodology
- Support in relation to project risk management and compliance procedures
- Possibility of taking a leader’s role and establishing own team of financial advisory professionals
