The Global Shared Services (GSS) organization within DNV GL provides high quality, cost effective services within Human Resources, Finance, IT and Real Estate Management & Procurement. The delivery requirements are based on Global Service Level Agreements between the Business Areas, Group Centre and GSS.

In Poland, DNV GL has a strong presence with more than 300 employees working within Maritime, Business Assurance, Energy, Software and GSS, with GSS IT delivering services to DNV GL worldwide.
GSS is expanding in Poland by building a Global Centre in Gdynia, delivering selected services within HR, Finance, Real Estate Management & Procurement.

Local Unit & Position Description
The Global Centre HR will deliver high quality HR services to European countries. Services are rendered in close collaboration with the GSS HR Regional Centers within Europe, together developing the Global Shared Service HR function for DNV GL.
We are seeking Senior Specialists HR Office for our Global Centre HR. As the Senior Specialist HR Office, you will deliver day-to-day quality services within HR Office according to legal and company requirements.
The Senior Specialist HR Office will report to the Head of Section HR Office. This is a new position based in Gdynia, Poland.
In the first period, you will be engaged in an exciting project, building up the HR Office in Gdynia.
To succeed in this role you will provide expertise in a broad variety of HR Administration Services. You will actively support service implementation, development and continuous improvement of HR Office deliveries.
Key tasks:
- Contract and document management according to local legal requirements and DNV GL requirements
- HR reporting and analytics: information and statutory reporting (preparation and delivery of legal and statutory reports, and preparation and delivery of internal HR reports)
- Data management (validating and maintaining all relevant data according to the local legal regulations and DNV GL requirements)
- Administration of Pension and Insurance
- Administration of Global Mobility
- Administration of Compensation & Benefits
- Administration of Employee Separation
- Administration of country specific data according to local rules and policies
- Training of the new team members within HR Office within your area of expertise (mainly on-the-job training)
- Contribute and support HR project activities.
Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within HR or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years of experience within HR Administration
- Expertise in minimum one of the areas of HR Administration; Employment Contract Management, HR Reporting and Analytics, Payroll Data Management, Administration of Pension and Insurance, Administration of Global Mobility
- Expertise within employment legislation and compensation & benefits regulation in one /several European countries is an advantage
- Previous employment within HR in a large, international organization is an advantage
- Experience from HR related project work is an advantage
- Experience within business process improvement is an advantage
- Good at HR IT systems - excellent skills in the use of Microsoft Office
- Excellent English skills required – both written and verbal. Additional European language skills will be advantageous
- Proven ability to learn and understand software/ HR IT systems
- Previous work experience in Customer Service/BPO environment will be a strong asset.
