About the job
As a Senior Solution Consultant, you will join one of our largest Agile programs called Commercial, which is focused on delivering IT enabled business transformation to our internal Sales, Marketing and Service functions. Together with the rest of the team, you will set the direction and assure process excellence when designing and delivering new solutions for the Commercial area.
We are working very close to the business in Arla in cross-functional Scrum teams where business needs and IT solutions are matched to provide the greatest value to Arla. We are a multi-national, multi-functional and very dedicated team working truly agile according to the SAFe framework.
In your role you will work closely with Arla Business, external vendors, your team mates and colleagues from other teams.
Your primary tasks will be:
- Act as lead consultant in the implementation with responsibility for the delivery according to the architecture designs and solution strategy.
- Use deep business process knowledge and analysis engaging in major initiatives.
- Apply knowledge of SAP SD to improve and enhance the Business Processes within Commercial functions of Arla.
- Lead and influence - influence Business partners to meet objectives.
- Coach and train the team members in the business processes and tools.
Who are you?
- You are an experienced Business Analyst or Solution Consultant within the SAP SD module, with deep understanding and knowledge of Business Processes in the commercial area.
- You have at least 5 years’ SAP experience, preferably in FMCG industry and ideally you have a previous business background.
- You understand architectural concepts, can analyse business requirements and propose solutions in accordance to SAP Best Practice. You can also think “outside of the box”.
- You have hands on experience with customizing and prototyping solutions in SAP and you can write a functional specification for enhancements if required.
- Great if you have some S4/Hana and FSCM experience – it is a “nice to have” competence as well as basic ABAP understanding.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication in English and you can address technical audiences, non-technical audiences, and senior management.
- You enjoy working in teams, often in virtual environment.
