In Gdansk, you will join the “DSI” release train within IT Solutions department. You are part of an architect group of 8 other technology oriented architects split between Germany, Denmark and Poland. You will be part of an agile team and responsible for the architecture in all deliveries and you will ensure the team can understand your technical guidelines and bring the business high quality solutions to realize the business value.
You are a team player who takes pride in solving complex dilemmas and facilitating the required discussions to ensure maximum focus on creating value. You will be responsible for roadmaps / strategies and target architectures in your area of responsibility. Together with your agile team you will prepare and participate in PI-plannings and demos of the deliverables of features to our business.
Close cooperation with other architects within the same Release train and outside the Release train, incl. Release Train Architects and Enterprise Architects is a absolutely must have mindset.
Also close cooperation with our Operations IT department regarding changes and handover is needed.

You will be working with a complex stakeholder environment, spanning different cultures. - You have a master degree within IT or other relevant areas with a minimum 3 years of experience working in an Architect position
- Good understanding of architectural tasks
- Having experience in coordination between different areas of responsibility in complex deliveries and system environments
- You are creative and having the ability to help the team to develop innovative solutions
- You have a security mind set
- You are solutions oriented
- You speak and write English effortlessly
- Experience in working with agile methodology would be a plus
- Ability to travel is expected
- You have a strong business process understanding, allowing you to engage in dialogue with your business owners inside and outside IT
- You are good in balancing agile speed / designing easy solutions with always having the mindset of high stability / quality is a must have
