About the job
We are looking for a Senior Service Owner for End User Computing to join our dynamic team in Gdańsk (part of IT Operations). As a Senior Service Owner, you will be responsible for taking end-to-end accountability for the production devices and ensuring they are operating efficiently.
You will be managing the end-user computing environment, including various rugged devices, handheld scanners, forklift computers, production mobile devices and associated software. In addition, you will oversee IT processes and drive IT Excellence throughout the organization.
Specifically, you will:
- Take end-to-end accountability for the production devices and ensure that they are working efficiently
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the performance of the end-user computing environment
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize service requirements
- Ensure that end-user computing services are delivered following agreed service levels
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team and other stakeholders
- Oversee IT processes and drive IT Excellence throughout the organization
- Help to identify risks and assure remediation of gaps to facilitate a sustainable and modern environment
- Travel occasionally, approximately once per month or more, as required for business needs

Furthermore you:
- are a team player with a strong technology background and possess 5+ years of experience in end-user computing service delivery, including managing production devices
- have technical expertise in desktop and mobile device management platforms like SOTI and Intune
- gained experience in managing and delivering services following agreed service levels
- are familiar with complex dependencies and procedures in a corporate environment
- can translate business requirements into technical tasks
- communicate effortlessly in English
- hold a degree in Computer science or similar
- fully understand ITIL and are familiar with SAFe Agile methodology
