Job Description
- Analyzing issues and problems reported by end-users of SAP system
- Proposing & implementing solutions in the system and communicating the results to end users
- Handling other service requests
- Maintaining system documentation (technical, user)
- Engagement in change implementation activities (test execution, test management, transport management, etc.)
- Proven experience in SAP CRM functional support
- Strong German language skills (both written and spoken)
- Good English language skills (both written and spoken)
- Eagerness to learn
- BSc/ MSc degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
- Solid problem solving, technical and analytical skills
- Experience in working with Clients, focus on Client satisfaction
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Adaptability to changes
