Senior SAP Application Support Specialist

We are opening the recruitment process for the position of Senior SAP Application Support Specialist in manufacturing company located in Lodz. This is an attractive opportunity for candidates who are interested in advancement in their career in SAP environment.
Main duties:
- 2nd level support (investigate, resolve and /or escalate tickets from the users)
- incident reporting and analysis
- collaboration with application delivery specialists and SAP development team for technical improvement opportunities
- perform standard changes in the system
Requirements:
- 4+ years experience as SAP Key User or SAP Application Support Specialist in one of SAP modules: PP, MM, WM, QM or SD
- university degree in IT or Engineering would be an advantage
- understanding of SAP infrastructure
- first knowhow in configuration of the SAP modules
- communicative knowledge of English language
- experience with ITIL processes & systems
