For our Client – a global supplier of aircraft engines, systems, and aviation services, we are looking for a Senior Sales Manager located in Prague.
The person on this position will be responsible for establishing and implementing commercial strategy for the turboprop business. Senior Sales manager will focus on driving growth and ensuring integrated commercial success and also will own the customer interface across sales teams making sure all the functions of the organization are aligned to meet its strategic commercial objective. Moreover, the person on this position leads all sales management functions by supporting managers in 5 locations around the world.
We are looking for candidates with solid experience in a senior leadership position with proven functional expertise in sales, marketing, strategy and/or product development. Experience in a global B2B technology business where product development is a key driver is preferred along with knowledge of aviation expertise. Preferred Candidate should show significant experience interfacing with customers either in sales/business development roles and capability to shape complex deals.
