Job description
- Candidates sourcing at professional social networks using different sourcing tools;
- Daily e-mail/phone/IM communication with potential candidates;
- Active Candidate’s screening, selection;
- Conducting of 1th iterviews, organization of technical and customer interviews;
- Coordinating testing when necessary for candidates;
- Verification of references;
- Implementation of the best recruitment practices for quality and quickly hiring process;
- Preparing offer letters for new hires;
- Working directly with owns of positions on requirements clarification and decision making process;
- Technical Events/Conferences visiting;
- Reporting&analytical observers.
