Senior R2R Finance & Accounting Process Specialist English Speaker

Main accountabilities
- Participation in new Client’s transition
- Preparing and posting recurring and manual journals
- Maintaining Fixed Asset tables and posting applicable subsidies
- Posting bank transactions
- Intercompany reconciliation
- Performing various closing activities (e.g. opening new accounting period, uploading payroll data into GL, closing accounts payable sub-ledger, review P&L accounts, closing GL)
- Reporting ( VAT, cash forecast)
- Reconciliation: GL to sub-ledger, accounts-open items managed and balance managed
- Resolve audit queries
- Ongoing contact with Retained Finance and other accounting teams
- Working closely with the Client and building up good relationship
- Working on everyday improvements to the process
- Ensuring the delivery of high quality and professional service up to agreed SLAs
Requirements
- Very good English language skills (level B2 at least)
- At least 2 years accounting knowledge in RTR
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to identify a place for improvements
- Good Customer Service skills and client-focus attitude
- Good interpersonal skills and proactive approach
- Teamwork approach
- SAP knowledge would be an asset
- Good knowledge of MS Office
