Senior Quantity Surveyor

Opis stanowiska

• Developing and growing the business • Liaising with architects, engineers, and property developers in establishing long term professional relationships • Advising Developers on the best methods / Forms of Contract to reduce risk. • Cost Planning & establishing budgets for large & small scale building projects. • Cost control of building projects from inception to completion on site. • Delivering financial and business objectives • Conducting business development with property developers, Commercial Clients and overseas companies establishing a base in Poland. • Start, build and lead a team of up to six professionals people • Managing a budget • Networking with local authorities and key stake holders to gain access to relevant information • Management of Joint Ventures with local companies • To be the face and leader of the company in the Polish market

Wymagania

• Degree qualified with a minimum of 4-5 years post qualification experience • Come from either Architectural, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Project Management background • Extensive and proven cost or estimating experience essential • Proven people management skills and experience • Knowledge of Contracts • Highly motivated, ambitious and dynamic forward thinker with the ability to work in a team or individually • A personal and commercial approach with integrity and initiative • Fluent English
