Aktualnie dla jednego z naszych klientów poszukujemy kandydatów na stanowisko:
- Documentation and updating of existing and new documents and processes;
- Acting as the main point of contact for external and internal customer complaints;
- Analyzing quality issues and implement corrective and preventive measures to improve overall product and process quality and reduce error costs;
- Leading and overseeing the deployment and execution of quality policies, objectives and quality initiatives;
- Supporting and active participation in projects (improvement projects)
- Coordination and ownership of all quality related activities with local 3rd party service pro-viders and subcontractors;
- Supporting Quality Management System maintenance as required;
- Achieving quality targets based on financial year goals and drive continuous improvement;
- Coordination and hosting of customer audits, inspections and customer visits for the site;
- Creating site specific quality documentation (e.g. inspection plans, work instructions and process descriptions, risk assessments FMEAs)
- Ownership of site quality reporting and quality statistics;
- Providing training and functional leadership in the application of statistical methods and quality tools throughout the site.
- University degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or similar;
- Min 3 years experience at similar position in quality;
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluent English and Polish required)
- Ability to lead, influence, and drive results in activities involving cross-functional teams;
- Able to build customer relationships and act as voice of the customer within the internal or-ganization;
- Proactive and continual improvement mind set;
- Experience with problem solving tools (Six Sigma, 5W)
- Experience with relevant quality Standards & tools (8D, FMEA, SPC, QFD, DOE)
- SAP QM module experience required;
- Advanced knowledge of PC / Windows Office;
- Auditor training is an advantage.
