Tornos Shared Service Centre is a newly setup global service organization within Customer Service Department of Tornos Corporate. It has been established in 2021 as the result of business transformation and since that time on is under the path on growth and further transition. We are building purchasing team that will support globally whole supply chain process for Tornos, therefore we are looking for motivated candidates who can communicate French / German to join our new procurement team in Poland. For this role we would require some purchasing experience and good motivation and attitude to work. You will be required to work in dynamic work environment which can offer you more areas to develop and shape your future and experience.

- Create and monitor Purchase Orders and tally these with supply requests and orders
- Monitor Purchase Orders confirmation status and deliveries and follow up with suppliers
- Negotiate prices and lead time with suppliers
- Control orders versus deliveries to eliminate any discrepancies and to control quality and quantity of goods receipts
- Report any misperformance, cooperation or quality issues to management and strategic procurement department
- Ability to take proactive ownership and responsibility for process to solve problems
- Time management and work organization
- Good command of English in writing and speaking
- Good command of spoken & written French / German language
- Ms Office
- Bachelor degree of administration / economics / technical / or relevant
- 2-year procurement experience
- International organization environment and SSC experience will be nice
