As a newly opened and fast growing Shared Service Centre (SSC) we are looking for a Process Excellence Specialist to support our Catlin Business Process Excellence team.
You will help to drive and develop a culture of process excellence and continuous improvement. You will be supporting the business with all aspects of business process management and improvement by supporting process transformation projects, project work streams and everyday business process improvement activities. As a Business Process Excellence Specialist you will help to drive the transfer of the BPE skillset across the business through BPE training and coaching.

Supporting the execution of all phases of the BPM delivery lifecycle as required for specific initiatives, projects or one-off events, using the Lean and Six Sigma methodologies

Working cross-functionally and with global stakeholders to determine, design, drive and accomplish measurable cross-functional process improvements

Leading or facilitating process analysis, improvement, documentation, mapping and design workshops

Helping to develop and document business processes and operating models

Helping to train process owners, subject matter experts and project teams on the processes and benefits of BPM methodologies and tools

Developing and implementing metrics and measures for business processes

Acting as change agent to embed a continuous improvement culture and BPM discipline throughout the organisation

Providing advisory services to the business that address the following factors: business process ownership, user adoption rate, metrics & reporting, bottlenecks, process performance and future enhancements

Build effective network of stakeholders and resources within the organisation for process management buy-in and delivery

Providing support in composing and maintaining compelling business cases and project charters for the business stakeholders that identify all the major components of a BPM program including the vision roadmap, financial economics and related benefits

Managing stakeholders across all levels of the organisation as well as business expectations

Making recommendations for continuous improvement and development of methodologies

University degree
-
Minimum 3 years of experience with process improvement disciplines and/or operational excellence/continuous improvement methodologies (such as Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN, etc.) gained in SSC, BPO or financial sector

Ability to facilitate or support process improvement and alignment workshops.

Ability to present current and future state processes through value stream maps, story boards, flow charting and/or other techniques.

Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is a must

Computer literate including MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Visio
