Responsibilities:
1. Optimize design on B2C E-Commerce platform architecture and
database
2. Optimize system performance and PHP technical research
3. Train and teach other developers.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science or Software Engineering
related background required.
2. Good English reading and writing skills.
3. 5+ years software development experience.
4. 3+ years software development team management experience, agile
development experience preferred.
5. Proficient in PHP, Javascript programming, good at object-oriented
analysis and design, familiar with using front-end technologies as Jquery,
AJax, Ext., and well experience in more than 3 PHP MVC frameworks.
6. Proficient in LINUX, Shell programming know-how.
7. Proficient in Database design, knowing database optimization designs,
master at couple of cache technologies.
8. Ability of system analysis and design, planning system solution
independently and define technical criterions.
9. Magento development experience highly preferred.
