Senior Payroll and HR Specialist with German

For our Client, well known, global organization we are looking for highly motivated and goal-oriented Candidates for the position:

SENIOR PAYROLL AND HR SPECIALIST WITH GERMAN
 
Duties:

• Ensuring accurate data updates in the HR system and the case management tool
• Coordinating workforce administration
• HR administration of employee's life cycle documentation (employment contracts, on-boarding documentation, exit certificates), transfers, compensation & benefits
• Ensuring high degree of client orientation, handling of requests with the right priority and in a professional manner, building effective relationships with Clients
• Provide various services and processes for Germany and Austria

Requirements:

• BA or Master degree, or relevant working experience
• Fluent knowledge of German (both orally and in writing) - is a must
• Fluent knowledge of English (both orally and in writing) - is a must
• At least 3 years of professional experience in payroll; experience in German payroll would be desirable
• Very good knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of SAP HR system would be an asset
• Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Positive "can-do' professional attitude
• Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
