Middle Office Derivatives team is a new initiative being launched by BNP Paribas Securities Services in Warsaw. You can be part of this newly created team who will transfer new process from Paris to our Warsaw office. This is a unique opportunity to gain new experience, expand your knowledge and skills in multinational environment.
We are looking for 5 new employees with positive attitude and strong motivation to develop their careers in Financial Services.
Team will be mainly responsible for the administration management of the clients" trades transactions.
- Ensure trades are confirmed in due time
- Ensure paper trades are confirmed through dedicated matching platform
- Managed client instructions follow-up and update accurate comment
- Ensure deals status, and instructions correctnessActive contribution to the Business
- Ensure high quality of delivery
- Sharing knowledge and skills
- Raising any significant elements relating to clients or counterpartiesFollowing current procedure in place
- University degree (preferred: Finance, Economics, etc.)
- Very good command of English
- Min. 2 years of relevant experience will be an asset (experience in Financial Services)
- Derivatives (OTC and listed) knowledge
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Ability to work effectively as a team playerAbility to work to tight deadlines
- Good communication skills, ability to interact efficiently with clients and effectively manage expectations
