Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for the large Operations teams and budget delivery of the strategic projects (overall operational metrics & targets)
- Motivate and effectively performance manage Operations Managers/Senior Team Managers within assigned projects to ensure delivery of overall targets.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements
- Proactively maintain regular engagement with key client contacts.
- Responsibility and accountability for the operational performance of the assigned projects
- Ability to demonstrate achievement of results (business improvements, cost savings)
- Setting and reviewing of organizational/productivity objectives
Requirements:
- Higher education - university degree (Social sciences, Business Administration, Management, Economics)
- Excellent conversational and written knowledge in English
- German proficiency is a plus
- Strong contact center management experience
- Excellent leadership, people management, communication and influencing skills at a senior level
- Experience of working in an Outsourcing or contact center operation
- Experienced in managing large multi-site/Multi skilled projects
- Analytical and decision making skills
- Lean approach to managed projects, attention to details
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good organization/time management skills
- Excellent knowledge of all MS office tools
