Accenture Operations helps clients achieve new value and productivity from their business processes by applying analytics, process acumen and industry expertise to the transactional data and processes we manage and operate on our clients’ behalf.
You will become a member of an international team supporting large scale networks and deliver services to multiple clients with use of the equipment from such vendors as: Cisco, Juniper and Fortinet. You will also have an opportunity to work with a new SDDC and SDN technologies (like VMware NSX or OpenStack) and public cloud services (Azure, AWS, Oracle OCI).
- Participate in international projects in a wide range of technologies, including private and public cloud solutions
- Provide Level 2/3 operational support of networks and DC infrastructures including the following technologies:
- Cisco Routing & Switching
- Cisco, Juniper and Fortinet Firewalls
- IPSec and SSL VPN technologies
- F5, Brocade/PulseSecure load balancers
- Troubleshoot network failures, identify and propose improvements to the existing processes and standards
- Define and maintain technology documentation
- Very good working English (written and spoken)5
- Strong knowledge and awareness of Networking and Security technologies with use of the equipment from vendors, like: Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet
- 4-5 years of experience in maintenance of network solutions for large scale clients (at least CCNP certification or equivalent network knowledge)
- Experience with VMWare NSX and/or OpenStack technology will be an asset
- Knowledge of public cloud vendor environments (e.g. AWS, Azure, Oracle) be an advantage
- Familiarity with ITIL based service processes (Incident/Problem/Change Management)
