Accenture Operations helps clients achieve new value and productivity from their business processes by applying analytics, process acumen and industry expertise to the transactional data and processes we manage and operate on our clients’ behalf.
You will become a member of an international team supporting large scale networks and deliver services to multiple clients with a focus on SDDC technologies and SDN platforms such as VMware NSX or Cisco ACI.
- Participate in international projects and provide support to team members
- Design, deploy and support Data Center Networks utilizing industry's best practices and VMWare NSX and Cisco ACI Infrastructures
- Solve network failures, identify and propose improvements to the existing processes and standards
- Define and maintain technology documentation·
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Very good working English (written and spoken)
- Demonstrable experience of designing, configuring and supporting large scale VMWare NSX or Cisco ACI implementations
- Requires strong knowledge and awareness of Networking and Security technologies with use of the equipment from vendors, like: Cisco, Juniper
- 4-5 years of experience in maintenance of network solutions for large scale clients (at least CCNP certification or equivalent network knowledge)
- Knowledge and experience of ITIL based service processes (Incident/Problem/Change Management)
