- experience on various technologies like Cisco - Switches, Routers, Wireless and IPT Telephony
- good Knowledge on routing protocols, EIGRP, BGP and OSPF
- experience on supporting/implementation of large complex networks
- senior level experience managing and trouble-shooting complex network infrastructure in LAN/WAN environment with expertise in Routers, Switches, wireless, Firewalls from Cisco, Bluecoat Proxy and Checkpoint, etc
- very good knowledge of English (written, verbal, interpretive)
- adequate project management skills and ability to manage time and complex tasks
- good understanding of the MPLS technology and applications such as L3 VPN, L2 VPN and VPLS from a provider point of view
- working knowledge on Cisco IPT telephony which includes configuration of Gateways, CSS, Partitions, Route/translation Patters, Resources, Phones, trunks etc.
- knowledge in administration of Unity Connection
- documentation skills and be proficient with MS Visio
- strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- willing to work on both Data and Voice related technologies
- CCNP/CCVP desired
