Join our Engine and Turbine Controls Team as an Senior Mechanical Engineer.

- Analyses customer requests and proposes solutions to meet customer needs.
- Review bids for specifications, acceptance criteria, and accuracy for proposal to ensure technical solution is properly defined.
- Performing design verification on derivative products.
- Driving and documenting product specification per quality and sales requirements.
- Troubleshoot complaints and nonconformance to identify root causes and implement changes to correct.
- Maintaining product documentation.
- Interfaces and communicate with Manufacturing, Compliance, Operations and Procurement to ensure designs are suitable and allow for efficient manufacture and sales.
- Create and manage Bill of Materials.
- Assist in providing timescale estimates in the compilation of derivative products activities.
- Evaluate design alternatives and selecting optimum solution.
- Develop expertise in the application for our products, to serve as a resource for our sales organization.
- Engineering degree, preferred Faculty of Mechanical Engineering
- At least 4 years of professional work experience
- Good knowledge of hydraulics or pneumatics design principals
- Good understanding of CAD-based 2D and 3D applications (CREO)
- Good knowledge of English
- Effective time management skills
- Ability to effectively operate in the project team environment and communicate with Customers and Suppliers
