Description
Company provides cloud-based payment, invoice and digital banking solutions to corporations, financial institutions and banks around the world. Solutions are used to streamline, automate and manage processes involving payments, global cash management, supply chain finance and transactional documents.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze functional business requirements for completeness
- Participate in Application design with the developers to come up with a thorough testing strategy for the feature
- Do testing for new and existing features in the application
- Execute test scripts and identify variations from expected results
- Create/track/retest software defects in designated defect tracking tool
- Work closely with development, manual QA and product management staff on auto test coverage
- Participate in and provide input during QA process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in testing
- Solid knowledge of SQL (execute existing queries, write search queries)
- Solid knowledge to interpret results, identify trends and communicate appropriately
- Understanding of software QA processes and methodologies/tools (Quality Center, Zephyr preferred)
- Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
- Experience with testing Web applications, both front-end UI as well as back-end databases, application servers, and services
- Very good knowledge of English
- Ability to read and maintain Java code, HTML or JavaScript will be an advantage.
