Acquisition and Management of Properties
Active search for potential tenants and presenting them to the LL;
Providing the LL with all requests for proposals received from potential tenants;
Presenting premises and buildings and organizing meetings with potential tenants;
Participation in negotiations of terms of the lease contracts on behalf of the LL and in accordance with his instructions;
Representation of the LL in relations with Advisors and Intermediation Agencies in order to efficiently process the presentation, preparation of the offer, technical dialogue and negotiation of lease agreements;
Supervision, coordination and representation of the LL during the commercialization process in relations with architects, marketing companies and lawyers;
Placing and updating information on commissioned Buildings on websites, industry portals and by means of newsletters;
Coordinating creation and updates of marketing materials supporting rental of Buildings according to the Lessor's standard;
Coordinating marketing and PR activities, as well as visual identification developed by third parties;
Coordination of events organized by the LL contributing to the commercialization of Buildings;
Ongoing preparation of short press materials on commercialization of Buildings;
Keeping and updating a real estate database for a given area;
Preparation of forecasts, analysis and commercialization plans for serviced real estate;
Participation in the work of the Due Diligence team in the scope of assessing the commercial potential of properties;
Ensuring a good image of the Investor and its properties.
Higher education,
Min. 2 years of professional experience in the real estate rental industry,
Knowledge of the local real estate market and commercialization processes,
Very good presentation, communication and negotiation skills,
Fluent English in speaking and writing.
