For our partner, a multinational medical equipment manufacturing company in Wroclaw, we are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager who will contribute technically to IT Transformation Program Management, client engagement and internal projects and actively establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships.
- Establish and implement processes and methodologies based on best in class industry practices within defined governance processes
- Identify and track the quality parameters of the project delivery
- Perform the relevant project management processes - i.e. initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control and close, and the supporting processes e.g. scope, cost, time, issue, risk, resource, communication, stakeholder management, etc.
- Create and maintain resource plan with respect to the project by creating and maintaining the project’s Work Breakdown Structure
- Execute structured and periodic review and Control mechanism to track the progress of projects
- Define and/or execute RAID processes; Track and highlight risks and issues pertaining to projects and discuss them during review meetings; Create risk dashboards
- Support analysis of the data and metrics from projects and generate reports pertaining to resources, critical paths, project schedules, budget v/s actual spend, etc.
- Track and Report benefit realization Planned Vs Actual during the course of the project and after closing the project
- Execute change management tracking and reporting
- Close the project to formalize acceptance of the project result and release project resources
- Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for reporting team staff
- Maintain an educational program to continually develop personal skills of staff
- Solid experience in IT project management within professional services
- Experience on executing projects using Agile methodology would be a plus
- Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Knowledge of MS Project (Project Server is an added bonus)
- One or more of Industry knowledge or certifications - PMP, Prince 2
- Strong communication skills, able to approach senior stakeholders using appropriate level of detail, terminology, and style
- Good planning and organizing, ability to see the big picture
