We are looking for person having conceptual way of thinking who is eager to learn and focused on continuous high quality service delivery. You will work closely in a micro team (5 people), which is a part of Application Maintenance department. You will have an opportunity to work independently, come up with your own ideas and be the 2nd line support between Business and Developers. A close, friendly and professional cooperation in driving projects and daily tasks is a key.
You will be working with skilled, international teams in a fast-paced and inspiring working environment, you will play an important role in supporting Wholesale Banking applications. You will be independent in taking decision, arranging meetings with Developers an Business and managing environments in Preprod and Prod and support them.
What you’ll be doing:
- Person who will cover daily operations on Production and Pre-Production on Calypso (app code CALY) application.
- He/She will be responsible for answering Business requests via email, performing daily monitoring of CalMON system and completing the daily sanity checks on Calypso application.
- Furthermore individual will be engaged in in-depth technical troubleshooting with Calypso teams and teams outside Calypso project.
- In the scope of work we include IT Service Management tasks
- Act as a part of Calypso Continues Integration Team, so:
- Provide functional and technical expertise on Calypso from both Front Office and Back Office perspective
- Requests management (users and others IT teams)
- Operations management
- Application Monitoring
- Incident Management
- Problem Management
- Continuous Service Improvement
- EOD job flow monitoring,
- Weekends and after business hours deployments.
- Update and create documentation, be a part of shift schedule and participate in daily meetings
