Senior IT Administrator

Responsibilites
- Providing second line support for the systems within the EMEA Region
- Diagnosing and resolving real-time incidents including performance issues
- executing planed support with a team of Poland based resources
- Providing transparent day to day production support for the virtual desktop estate located all over continental Europe
- Providing fast and efficient resolution for alerted events/errors
- Providing services including execution of project work, deep dive investigations and consultancy to a diverse client base incorporating Front and Back office business units
- Assisting in the design, testing and implementation stages of projects
Requirements
- Ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail and proactive management
- Strong situational analysis and decision making abilities
- VCP (vSphere4/5) or CCA (XenApp 6.0/6.5 or XenDesktop 5.5/7.5)
- PowerShell scripting in an Enterprise Environment will be an asset
- ITIL v3 foundation certificate will be an asset
- University graduate - preferably IT
- Proven extensive experience of supporting an end user environment
- At least 3 years of experience of managing systems in an Enterprise Environment
