We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Specialist in Monitoring to join our Monitoring Management team. Your future responsibilities
You’ll join the Monitoring Management team, where you’ll have the responsibility to implement monitoring services cross Nordics for Nordea´s IT Infrastructure and applications. Moreover, you’ll support daily operations.
In the Monitor Management unit, we have the operational responsibility to implement monitoring services across the Nordics for Nordea´s IT Infrastructure and applications and to support daily operations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Implementing, configuring or optimizing performance of various monitoring systems, e.g. set up log file monitoring, cluster monitoring, MQ monitoring, decommission of monitoring, etc
- Working together with your colleagues who are responsible for applications
- Handling incidents, problems and other changes regarding monitoring issues

Your profile and background:
- Working knowledge of various enterprise monitoring tools (IBM Tivoli and IBM APM preferable but not obligatory)
- Experience in monitoring of applications/middleware/databases
- Knowledge and experience in event management (Truesight)
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge in general of ITIL process (Incident, problem and change with Remedy tool or likewise)
