A global High-Tech Japanese company is currently looking for suitable candidates for the positions of Senior Import Specialist. Requirements
- Masters Degree
- At least 4 years of experience in international company
- Advanced knowledge of customs law; tariffs of duties, international trade, commercial law, international transport
- Good MS Office, MRP / MRP II (SAP) systems experience
- Fluent English language knowledge (spoken and written)
- Well-organized, focused, disciplined person;
- Ability to work independently;
- Strong business minded attitude;
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts
- Experience in a multi-national company, preferably in a similar sector will be advantage
Main duties:
- Import Coordination
- Reliable and meticulous checking of business documentation
- Checking of HS Codes and Duties
- Coordination of customs clearance process
- Coordination of components supplying process
- Cooperation with customs authorities, Customs Agencies, logistics operators and shipping carriers.
- Generating and sending monthly INTRASTAT report
- Creation and analysis of reports and data in logistic process.
Responsibility:
- Responsible for checking commercial documentation used in import process;
- Responsible for correctness of tariff of duties, calculated duties and taxes in import process;
