Currently we are looking for the candidate for the position of:
Senior HR Team Leader
Location: Lodz, Poland
Key responsibilities:
- Managing the performance of the HR administration team, ensuring that the service levels are met
- Coaching, mentoring and developing team members
- Coordination of HR administration processes in terms of joining, separation, absences, work time monitoring, contract changes, disciplinary actions
- Maintenance of employees’ files
- Conducting analysis of employee headcount
- Coordination and implementation of HR administration tools and systems
- Ensuring a timely and accurate monthly payroll disposals which includes salary, incentives, bonuses, allowances, leaves, taxes, payroll deductions social security deductions
- Managing of Compensation & Benefits processes (annual salary review, annual bonus), promotion cycle
- Coordinating all international projects related to Compensation and Benefits within our centre
- Working on HR administration process improvements
Requirements:
- Fluent English
- At least 2 years’ experience on position related to team management
- Professional experience in HR administration process will be an asset
- Knowledge of advanced MS-Excel
- Ability to work under time constraints to ensure deadlines are met
- Strong customer and team orientation
- Strong improvement orientation
- Knowledge of SAP HR will be an advantage
