The person on this position will be engaged in international HR projects within Laureate.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- New Hire Entry. Prepare contracts, check medical examination, organize HSE trainings, ordering accesses for the new hires, system administration, and information for external payroll provider.
- Ongoing Employee Personnel Administration. Create and maintain documents for HR procedures connected with Polish labour law, including all forms and transactions (e.g. mutual agreements, contact with the Managers regarding prolongation of job contracts).
- Processing of the employee status changes. Ensure that status changes are submitted and completed in an accurate and timely manner; maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
- Payroll & Benefits Delivery & Administration. Ensure that payroll process made by external provider is completed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Employee Relations. Support daily employee relations activity, the first point of contact for general employee relations issues, compensation, employee benefits, and company policies, practices and procedures, hearing and resolving employee grievances.
- Conducting New Hire Orientation.
- Recruitment.
The Candidate should present min. 3-5 years of experience on similar position in HR Department in international environment. Strong English and experience in HR roles is highly required. Moreover, we look for the Candidates with good knowledge of Polish labour law - especially payroll knowledge and its understanding, simultaneously
aware of legal rules in the employment area. Preferable candidate will possess highly developed interpersonal skills, ability to listen, problem solving and communication skills. The person on this position should be well organized, able to work with the team and take ownership and responsibility for the projects assigned to him/her.
