Description
As a HR Reporting Analyst, you would be joining our Jacobs organization during a time when your analysis and reporting experience can affect change! You will be working within a centralized reporting team located in Krakow and supporting enterprise customers globally. Our team provides workforce facts and tools the guide fact-based decisions and we help answer talent related questions important to our leaders.
Responsibilities:
- To manage a range of workforce reporting, business analytics and human capital applications and tools found in Human Resources environment
- To analyze, design and build reports using several different reporting applications
- Respond to ad‐ hoc report requests and data export requests, to include various media output; e.g., flat files, reports, Excel spreadsheets, Excel pivots, Excel charts, dashboards
- Perform internal client consultation with regards to data requirements gathering in support of data requests
- Solve complex problems and suggest new solutions using existing technology
- Create and run audit reports to maintain data accuracy, completeness and integrity
- As senior analyst, provide direction, knowledge, and support to other team members when needed
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI EE) reporting, analytics and dashboards
- Experienced in Taleo reporting
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access is essential. VBA knowledge is required
- Solid SQL skills and Experience in any of the HR Management Systems (Oracle preferred)
- Understanding of data integration issues (validation and cleaning), familiarity with complex data and structures
- Analytical skills - Integration of Multiple & Complex Datasets, Effective Problem Solver
- Ability, to protect and maintain confidentiality of Human Resources and Company information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to support internal customers and senior management
