The Senior HR Business Partner will work strategically and operationally with a specific business group to ensure HR support is provided to enable them to meet business aims and objectives.
Working closely with management, the role of the HRBP is to provide guidance and leadership across a full spectrum of HR activities, including resource planning, talent acquisition, talent management and succession, culture and engagement, compensation, retention and complex employee relations, in order to maximise individual and business performance.
This is a great role for someone who has previous experience of working with senior leaders, both globally and locally, to influence and challenge positively and has a strong „can-do” resilient attitude.
- Actively contribute to leadership meetings, making recommendations and providing solutions to drive employee engagement and performance management
- Managing and developing a small recruiter team to ensure they provide high quality service to meet the growing demands of the business group
- Manage all People related / Employee Relations activity such as discipline, grievance, capability, restructures
- In partnership with the European Compensation team, support all Compensation activity such as benchmarking, to attract the best talent
- Own the Talent Acquisition process, ensuring a great candidate experience, adhering to the global Talent Acquisition framework
- Champion employee engagement, ensuring survey results are actioned and communicated effectively
- Oversee all Learning & Development activity to ensure managers feel supported to make the right people decisions
- Working closely with the wider European & Global HR team to support on various projects such as implementing a Talent Review process
- Provide HR Policy guidance and interpretation. Implement and administer the company’s human resources policies and practices
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in Human Resources
- Educated to Master degree level in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Industrial Relations, or a related field is required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Demonstrated ability to establish credibility, trust, and partnership at all levels of the organization
- Results oriented, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong interpersonal, persuasive, written/verbal communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent planning, organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively multi-task and manage multiple concurrent projects with competing objectives.
- Strong working knowledge of MS office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
- Experience of working in a global or international business this would be an advantage.
