Senior GL Accountant with German
Functional Area: Accounting

Position Description
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual closing (US GAAP/ IFRS) for specified European group subsidiaries;
- Review account reconciliations;
- Facilitate intercompany reconciliations;
- Prepare cash reconciliations;
- Manage the fixed asset module;
- Cash planning;
- VAT, Sales, Use and Income tax administration;
- Variation analysis for both balance sheet and P&L;
- Special projects as assigned.
Position Requirements
- Degree in Accounting or comparable qualification/experience;
- 4 - 5 years of professional experience in finance/ accounting;
- Good knowledge of international accounting standards (US-GAAP & IFRS);
- Fluent in German and English;
- Good skills in software applications (MS-Office); knowledge of SAP.
